Delivery
Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 business hours once your order has been confirmed (unless specified otherwise).
You will be notified via email of the progress of your order, along with a tracking number. To ensure that you will be notified of the status of your order please enter your correct information.

Split Orders
Some orders may require multiple shipments at different times. This could mean a few of the following:
- One or more of the items you have purchased is being dispatched from our other warehouse.
- Some of the items you have order may be on pre-order/ back order and has not arrived.
We will notify you if this applies to your order. However, if your order can not be fulfilled we will ask you to contact us so we are able to offer you alternative options.
International
Great News, we ship internationally! Once your order is confirmed, your order will leave us within 24/48 business hours.
We use the following couriers:
Pack & Track - This service is ONLY available to select 26 countries for orders that weigh under 2kgs. This service is traceable online. The delivery time frame is 3-10 business days. (This can vary depending on the destination).
Express post - This service is for orders 2kgs-20kgs to any country worldwide. The service offers a signature on delivery and is traceable online. The delivery time frame is 2 -4 business days. (To major metropolitan areas outside these areas it can differ)
Please be mindful that it is your responsibility as the purchaser to seek & pay for any custom duties or taxes within your country. So please be sure to check with your local authorities prior to placing an order.
You MUST include your phone number when completing your order, we need to attach this on the consignment note for all overseas deliveries, it also helps if your local postal service needs to contact you when your parcel arrives in your country and is delivered to your local postal centre.
